You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Sale items can be exchanged for another size, and returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
• Boxers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.

How to request

1. WhatsApp +92 310 7365880 or email info@acireapparel.com with your order number and photos of the item.
2. We confirm within 24 hours and share the return address: Acire Apparel, Jinnah Street, Shatab Garh, Main Defence Road, Sialkot.
3. Send the item back with your order number inside the parcel.

Exchanges

• Size exchange: once we receive your item, we ship the new size free of charge. Return courier charges are paid by the customer.
• Wrong, damaged or defective item: we cover all delivery charges. Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days after we inspect the item.
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
